The Department of Biomedical Science and Physiology at the University of Wolverhampton is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Human Physiology


You should have a first degree in Human physiology or related discipline, and either a Master's degree or a PhD or equivalent, or be able to demonstrate significant professional practice experience.

Preferably, you will be a member of a relevant professional body and must be willing to contribute to research across a range of university-wide research institutes and centres.


The Department has delivered a highly successful portfolio of National School of Healthcare Science and Institute of Biomedical Science-accredited courses for many years, covering a range of undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes, making a significant local impact on health outcomes, and providing access to education.

You will therefore have an enthusiasm for removing barriers to and widening participation in education.
