The role


We are currently recruiting for a Change and Risk Analyst to work in our D&I Risk, Audit and Assurance (RAA) team in our Digital and Information department.

Salary £29,330 per annum, full time/part time welcome working in a hybrid capacity at one of our three sites in either Swindon, Newport or Billingham.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Risk Management: Maintaining risk registers; organising risk meetings; analysing/challenging proposed risks/risk updates.
  • Change Management: Reviewing proposals, monitoring progress, and reporting on Standard Changes and Continuous Improvement activities;
  • Assurance: Undertaking regular performance and effectiveness checks (1st Line of Defence) against internally generated and ISO27001 controls.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has the ability to interact, communicate and work with key stakeholders (colleagues, managers etc.)
  • Has competence in gathering data, analysing and presenting information
  • Subject matter knowledge e.g., ITIL, Risk Management, Change Management methodologies
  • Understanding of information technology
