Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a temp role in the heart of London's West End?

Office Angels are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a Property client of ours, for a temporary basis of 1- 2 weeks.

You must be available with 1 week's notice.

SALARY:
£15 p/h

LOCATION:
London, West End

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Managing meeting room schedules
Booking travel
Ensuring the reception area is always presented to a high standard
Ensuring the office areas are kept tidy
Taking lead on on

- site catering and ensuring the schedule is up to date

Liaising with contractors as necessary
Maintaining sufficient office supplies
Organising company travel arrangements when required
Maintaining health and safety standards at all times

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Office management experience is essential
Experienced in booking travel
Fast typing skills
Highly organised nature
Strong attention to detail
A polite and friendly disposition
Strong ability to problem solve, working well under pressure
Ability to build good rapport with clients and colleagues
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Good IT skills, competent user of Microsoft Office
Strong numerate and administration skills
Health and safety experience advantageous
