We are currently recruiting a experienced HR Advisor for our retail Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will act as a point of escalation and support for the shared service advisors as well as being the main point of contact for line managers.

You will provide ER telephone advice for a high volume case load, proactively dealing with colleague issues and playing a vital role in the departments' tasks including:

Ability to deal with all aspects of Employment Tribunals
Providing all aspects of generalist HR advice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and management of absence processes
Providing complex employee relations HR advice and guidance to senior leaders
Responsibility for dealing with trade unions & solicitors including tribunal cases
To undertake project work / ad hoc duties in line with the needs of the business and ongoing development of the HR department

The skills/experience required are:

Significant generalist experience at a senior professional HR level in a UK environment.
Ability to interact with all levels of staff within the organisation with excellent communication skill both written and verbal.
Up to date and demonstrable knowledge of UK employment law
Ability to work in a fastpaced professional services environment balancing multiple priorities and ensuring delivery.
