HRIS SuccessFactors - Consultant/ Analyst/Project Manager/Solution Architect HR and Finance Transformation


A fun and exciting high-growth company driven by consultants who are passionate about helping HR teams better leverage data and technology are looking for a HRIS SuccessFactors Consultant to join them to work on an exciting new project that starts soon.

This is a boutique consultancy, specialising in HR and Finance technology and transformation.

As an HRIS SuccessFactors Consultant you will actively engage with business stakeholders and project teams to provide strategic analysis and solution design to shape the development of solutions in line with the clients mission and strategy.


Who we are looking for:


  • Experience of implementing ERP HCM and EPM tools using Tier one Cloud Application SuccessFactors in large complex projects
  • SAPonPrem
  • Experience of delivering complex crossdomain multiyear Enterprise Architecture roadmaps and supporting artefacts
  • Senior Stakeholder management and influencing up to and including Csuite level
  • Strong presentation skills both written and verbal; able to describe complex technical problems to a variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management tools

£85,000.00 per year
