    We have an exciting opportunity to join our brand new school, Castle Garden to join us as a School Administrator.

About us
Castle Garden School is a brand new school, part of Options Autism.

Castle Garden School is a school for 7 to 14 year old girls and boys with autism, learning disabilities and/or complex needs.

Our school is set in a great location close to the M3 and withincommutable distance of all network links.


For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.

As part of Outcomes First Group we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approachesthat provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.


To be successful as a School Administrator you will provide a professional, effective, and responsive administration service to the School community including reception and School access systems.


Essential:

  • GCSE, or equivalent, in English and Maths
  • Ability to compose clear, accurate reports
  • Experience of reception work, preferably within an educational environment
  • A good working knowledge of effective administrative systems and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confident telephone manner
  • Customer focused
  • Experience of working with highly confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Willingness to undertake group induction training and a strong commitment to CPD
  • Commitment to the values of the organisation
