Senior Assistant Technical Officer Production/Technical Services

We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic Pharmacy Production Unit


You will be working as part of a team of Pharmacists, Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants preparing sterile medicines, nutrition solutions and antibiotic injections.

Pharmacy production units are specialised areas within a hospital that focus on the preparation of medications.

Unlike a typical retail pharmacy that dispenses pre-manufactured drugs, a production unit prepare specific medications in a clean environment to meet the needs of the patient.


Responsibilities:

Prepare sterile medicines, chemotherapy, nutrition solutions, and antibiotics.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and precision in all tasks.
Assist with stock control and confidently use a computer system.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and manual dexterity.
