SEN Teaching Assistant Needed

SEN teaching assistants will form close bonds with the pupils they support and will be there to help them succeed and to witness their successes.

The role might require patience at times but being an SEN teaching assistant offers rewards that you won't find in many other roles.

Responsibilities:

Supporting a mixed class of students
Being proactive in the class to ensure your learning support is tailored to each child's individual need
Carrying out Behaviour management in line with the schools policies and procedures
Acting as a role model and being a patient individual
Supporting the progress of all students as a group or on a 121 basis

As part of the registration process you will be required to have a DBS Check carried out and all original relevant qualifications will need to be sighted and copied before any work placement.

For all qualified teaching roles you will need to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Part-time hours: 36 per week

Salary:
From £75.00 per day
