Part time approx. 20 hrs pw, Mon - Fri 9.30am - 2.30pm (can be flexible)
A well-established company, specialising in supporting companies with engineering projects and maintenance requirements, urgently requires an experienced administrator. Mainly working from home but also will have to access business hubs at Port Talbot and Llandeilo. Experience in marketing /advertising would be an advantage.
The Role:
To give administrative support to the Director whilst he provides technical services to engineering companies.
Duties:
- Ensure an excellent level of service to internal and external customers.
- Develop relationships with clients
- Promote the company on social media sites.
- Pay invoices
- Oversee pay roll, handle timesheets and deal with queries.
- Construct and use spreadsheets using Excel
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
- Marketing / advertising experience an advantage. (Able to use social media platforms, LinkedIn, etc)
- Able to create and work from spreadsheets.
- Accurate and strong administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills both internally and externally
- The ability to deal with customers queries in professional manner.
- Own Transport
