Conveyancing Assistant - Huntingdon
An opportunity has come up for an experienced assistant to join the residential property team at a Solicitors firm in Huntingdon.
Duties in this role may include things such as- Opening files
- Preparing correspondence
- Requesting searches on land registry
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Keeping clients and other interested parties updated
- Post completion tasks
- Other such admin type tasks as directed by the fee earner.
It is expected that the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate at least 6 months experience of working in a similar role as a conveyancing assistant.
