We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team in providing excellent service to our diverse customer base.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers with their purchases and inquiries effectively.


Duties:


  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process transactions accurately using cash registers
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
  • Maintain a clean and organised checkout area

Requirements:


  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to sell products effectively
  • Organisational skills to manage cashier responsibilities efficiently
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,630.84 per year
