Who are you:

You will ideally have previous office experience and be a logical problem solver looking for a fast-paced role. This is working for a lovely team and career progression is available.


What will you do:


When customers sign up to our service you will make sure that they are correctly invoiced via their subscription (training is provided).

You will assist with direct debits and manually processing customer payments. You will work closely with other departments to ensure resolution of any billing related customer queries.


There will also be the requirement to raise relevant amendments on the billing system and process customer cancellations in a timely manner which will include ad-hoc invoicing alongside issuing customer refunds.


Where will you do it:
The role is based in our Head Office in Abingdon.

This will be in the office full time for training (minimum 2-4 weeks) and will start moving to a hybrid role of a minimum of two days in the office.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 9 -5:30pm.


And in return:
Up to £25,000 per annum, 25 days holiday, excellent pension, and healthcare.
