We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to our Board of Directors, based at our Head Office location in St Albans.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday.


Extrastaff is a national recruitment business, supplying temporary and permanent staffing to companies across the UK, with a specialist focus on the driving and industrial sector.

We are seeking an organised Personal Assistant who can support the CEO andother Directors with general administration, diary management and communication.

This role will ideally suit someone working in a similar capacity currently, or with experience supporting senior stakeholders.


Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Ability to take meeting minutes and share notes with selected members of staff
  • Record data on our bespoke systems as well as on Excel (advanced user of Microsoft Excel)
  • Support the Marketing Team with communication releases and tenders
  • Assist with the smooth running and operational planning of company events, including our Summer conference, Christmas party and Managers meetings
