Key Responsibilities:

- responsible for the onboarding of clients onto trading documents (including post-execution processes) with allocated counterparties
- have exposure to OTC derivatives traded under ISDA Master Agreements, repo transactions traded under GMRAs and MRAs, forward bond purchases under MSFTAs and a variety of cleared products
- negotiate and maintain ISDAs (including underlying product specific documentation such as MCAs), GMRAs, MRAs, MSFTAs and clearing documents in accordance with applicable internal policies and regulatory requirements
- assist with queries from colleagues and external clients
- participate in various business, legal and regulatory initiatives


Key Skills/Profile:


  • Minimum of 35 years experience of negotiating trading documents, in particular ISDAs and GMRAs
- experience in a major investment manager, sell-side institution or financial services firm, or in private practice
- a pro-active, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to manage the juggling of multiple issues
- a team player and able to collaborate
- a good communicator with relationship building potential
- strong technical and drafting skills and attention to detail


Preferred skills:

- experience with US trading documentation and/or US institutional clients
