West Moors Middle School have an exciting opportunity to welcome a new member of staff to our Administration Team.

This is a rare opportunity to work in a beautiful setting, nestled in the idyllic village of West Moors, and be a valuable part of a vibrant and dynamic learning community with passionate, talented and dedicated staff team.


  • Responsible for ensuring that the Senior Leadership Team is supported in aspects of their work including confidential matters;
  • Able to provide high level and professional administrative support to the dynamic team of school leaders;
  • Able to use own initiative with excellent time management skills;
  • Supportive, hardworking and able to work as part of a team;
  • Confident with ICT and the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel;
  • Willing to positively contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of the school.

Hours of work

  • The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and paid annual leave entitlement for an employee under 5 years' service._
  • The salary quoted is the annual salary for the position at the time of advert. T_he salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments and will be adjusted at the start of employment and again if leaving part way through the school year to ensure the correct salary is received for the work completed in an academic year._
