Description

Iconic Hollywood Studio have an immediate need for a detail focussed Data/Operations Coordinator to join a close-knit international team to support with content management.

If you have a love for all things data and enjoy problem solving and project coordinationthen this could be your ideal next role.


Duties will include:

  • Work with business stakeholders to manage updates and accuracy of key dates, timelines, functional requirements, and other data in uTrack tool
  • Create, Review, Edit, and Publish detailed documentation for new processes as they arise
  • Support crossfunctional initiatives to drive process and/or operations improvements
  • Coordinates the organization's supply chain plans using proprietary smartsheetbased system: uTrack
  • Assist in design and automation of dashboards and reports
