We are hiring for an Administrator that has excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload in the Desborough area.

This is a newly established business that has many clients all over the UK and are looking for an Administratorto join the team.

Duties of an Administrator:

In this role you will be working in the head office to support the sales team in managing all administrative duties.

Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out all administrative duties
Support other departments when required
Communicating with external companies to ensure documents are accurate

Skills and experience of an Administrator

As an Administrator, you need to have the following:

Experience working in a similar environment
The ability to work independently when required
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software
A full and clean driving license
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

It would be beneficial to the Administrator role if you also had:

A friendly and energetic personality
A positive cando outlook
