Reed Accountancy are currently assisting a growing company based on the outskirts of Horsham area who are seeking a
Finance Executiveto join their small but growing team. Reporting to the Directors this role will be responsible for the day to day operating of money in and out using the systems in place and will working closely with the Operations Department,Sales Team, Directors, Suppliers and Clients.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities Include:


  • Inbound Invoice & Credit (Bill) processing
  • Paying suppliers
  • Payment reconciliation (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Credit limit management for customer base
  • Invoice finance platform management
  • Company expense management
  • Payroll distribution and payment (Tax & payslips taken care of via accountant)
  • Credit Card Transaction management
  • Following up late payments
  • Sending out monthly statements to client bas

Attributes and characteristics will include:


  • Reliable/Dependable and detail focused
  • Good communicator
  • Proactive with Positive mindset
  • Good team player
  • Prior experience with Xero accounting software
  • Experience with full Microsoft office package
