*Salary:* £21,403- £28,828 per annum(dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Are you a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner, looking for a role where you can actively develop your leadership skills, to support your progression to Room Leader / Third in Charge?

- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
- Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment on a daytoday basis.
- Attend and contribute towards monthly workshops, whilst completing the 12month Future Leaders Programme.
- Previous experience working as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Ability to use a variety of techniques to communicate with both children and adults clearly and successfully
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
- Commitment to completing the 12month programme, and attending monthly, virtual training sessions.
