Main Responsibilities


Full ownership of a commercially viable recruitment strategy - develop, manage, review, and implement all aspects of recruitment policy and activity.


Engage with line managers to facilitate recruitment which meets the needs of the business, and is capable of delivering on growth demands.

Write job descriptions and job advertisements.

Organise and carry out all interviews in conjunction with line managers.

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies when additional support in filling vacancies is required.

Assist in the management of all job offer, on boarding and induction processes.


Hours/Benefits
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Fully funded CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 plus study support. Free parking outside modern air conditioned offices.

Required Skills/Experience
Proven experience in delivering resourcing requirements in a busy commercial environment.

Experience of recruiting within an engineering and/or automotive environment would be desirable but not essential.


You will be highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities, and be flexible and adaptable to embracing and managing change in a high pace environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and to influence with confidence at a senior level.

Positive and conscientious approach to work and willing to get involved at all levels to deliver results.

Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.

The desire to develop your career in HR and study for the required professional CIPD qualifications.

£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
