We are recruiting for X2 Key Workers in Manchester

Salary range between £19,000 and up to £24,052 per annum, depending on experience

Full or part time posts available

About the role and the person we are looking for
You will work across community locations, supporting young people to access education, employment and training.

You will help those who are facing hardship in the labour market, and those who have been badly affected by the challenges created by Covid.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to young people's lives, it's a very rewarding role with real job satisfaction.

Your package

Our permanent staff enjoy a reasonable 35h working week and we also offer flexi-time, so when we ask our staff to do extra, we always make sure they've got those hours to take back another time.

It's a great benefit of working for Career Connect. Full time and part time available.

Our holidays start at 25 days + Bank Holidays and we give up to an extra 6 days a year for staff with longer service.

You will work with great people and a growing charity committed to making a difference focussed on social mobility.
