Salary offered (dependant on experience): £30,000 £35,000 gross per annum
Ages of the children: 3 years old & 10 months

The nanny will be caring for their 3 year old son and 10 month year old whilst parents are working (often from home).

The family are looking for someone who can provide a bit of flexibility as there may be some days they finish early and other evenings they may need to stay a little longer (this will be discussed prior with the nanny and agreed upon).

Their eldest attends nursery for some of the day so the nanny will just be caring for the 7month year old until he gets picked up.

What is important to this family is to find a nanny who is very patient and gentle, who has a model approach to parenting and listens to the children's feelings.

Whilst boundaries and routine are important to them, this family follow the gentle and positive parenting style and would want the nanny to do the same.
