Description

As the Finance Analyst you will play a crucial role in the organisation by performing various tasks that support major decisions of the business and will report directly into the Divisional Financial Controller.

This role will provide financial support tothe two companies and be the lead in moving processes and functions within this area forward.

You will be involved in exciting projects whilst managing the monthly management accounts.

Description
As a Finance Analyst you would be involved in:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports for both the GBP and EUR entities including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements
  • Coordinate accurate and timely monthend activities
  • Managing the Intangibles and development processes
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations in multicurrency
  • Management of Inter company transactions and reconciliation process
  • Processing accruals, journals and prepayments
  • Ownership of reforecasting model and annual budget process
  • Tracking and reporting divisional risks and opportunities
  • Develop and implement divisional MI packs
  • Working with the Asset Management function to ensure control and visibility of deployed assets
  • Suggesting and implementing new processes with the Operations Teams
  • Assisting with audit preparation (internal and external)
  • Provide additional general support and complete adhoc tasks as required by Group finance team

Profile

  • Experience of management and financial accounting and reporting
  • Experience of working in a busy environment, providing accounting/reporting services to tight deadlines
  • Worked independently to prepare monthly reports and analysis
  • Competent using ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP
