A highly successful and expanding manufacturing company are recruiting for a General Grinder to join their team in the S9 area of Sheffield.

Shift Pattern:


Monday to Friday, Days and Afters:

Days:6am - 2pm

-
Afters:Mon to Wed 1:30pm - 11:15pm, Thurs 1:30pm - 11:05pm, Friday off


Pay rate:

- £11.44 per hour


Key Responsibilities:


  • To set up and operate manual grinding machines
  • To grind components to engineering drawings
  • To use a micrometer to measure tools

Essential Skills and Experience for the Role:

  • Must be able to use a micrometer
  • Must be able to read engineering drawings
  • Ideal to have grinding experience
