Description
Responsible for the billing and collection of Council Tax, updating customer accounts and responding to enquires on the telephone and by correspondence.
Basic computer skills are essential along with an appreciation of the principals of customer care in a Revenues & Benefits environment.
For most roles, the following types of flexibility are usually possible:
flexible hours, working from home, compressed hours, part-time.
