Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Chase outstanding payments on B2B accounts and building relationships with Business Accounts teams
  • Organising and managing Debtors book
  • Reporting and analysing the Debtors book and high risk accounts to report to the Chief Financial Officer
  • Building a robust process for the Finance team, taking a proactive approach to the role and highlighting potential issues before they arise

The ideal Credit Controller would:

- have excellent communication skills and happy to liaise with external stakeholders, potentially having tough conversations
- be experienced in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- ideally have knowledge on Credit Checks, it would be advantageous to have worked in a similar role
- have a knowledge for systems, collecting data, reporting and analysis of data collection
- be strong on Excel and have great system knowledge
