Here at Willing Care, we are seeking a Nursery Room Leader (Level 3)_ _
for one of our very established clients._

This Nursery is located in a small village outside of Halesowen, it has good motorway links and benefits from an onsite carpark.

The company has been established for several years and have received continuously Good Ofsted reports and have built a good reputation in the area.

The dedicated team provides a warm and homely approach to the care and education of up to 36 children aged 0 to 5 years.

The role of a Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) within the Nursery involves:

Following routines, risk assessments, planning for Key children.
Attending any training needs, staff meetings.
Complete planning, observations and next steps
Complete online learning journals, tracking documents, progress summaries and 2year checks
Providing activities including setting up and clearing away
Being a strong key person
Managing Trainee practitioners and addressing issues
Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies
Uniform provided

To be considered for the role of Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) you will have:

Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
Extensive knowledge of Safeguarding
Strong people management skills
Good time management skills
Excellent organisational skills
CACHE level 3, NNEB, NVQ Level 3 or above.

Experience required for the Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) role:

Experience of working with children aged 0-4 years in a childcare setting.
1 year's leadership experience minimum, within an early years setting
Experience of recording observations, and supporting others in planning for children's learning in EYFS.
Experience of working in partnership with parents.
