- Acting as the first point of contact for the senior leadership team and providing full administrative support.
- Diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, travel, accommodation and hospitality.
- Preparing, collating and circulating papers for meetings and taking minutes.
Skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a busy PA or senior administration position.
- The ability to multitask and work accurately, efficiently, and confidentially when switching between tasks.
- IT literate with excellent working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.
- A skilled relationship builder who can work as part of a team.

The details:
- 35 hours a week Monday to Friday
- 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays + your Birthday off
