Reliable Recruit are looking to hire an Injection Moulding/Tool Setter for a permanent position at our clients manufacturing site in Trafford Park, Manchester


The work will involve:


  • Startup and Monitoring of Injection Moulding Machines
  • Performing Maintenance on machines including oil and hygiene checks
  • Tool changes throughout shift
  • Ensuring components are being manufactured to the required standard
  • To optimize all processes in accordance with SOP's
  • Working to H & S regulations

The working times and pay:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 3 week shift rotation of 06:0014:00, 14:0022:00 and 22:0006:00
  • 30 Min unpaid break each shift with shorter paid breaks
- £32,000-34,000 per annum dependant on experience


Skills/Experience Needed:


  • Previous injection Moulding or Extrusion Process experience essential
  • Must be able to work rotating shift pattern as described above
  • Team player with the ambition to help in transforming a company to more modern methods
  • Ability to work with variety of machine makes and sizes as well as different materials including HDPE, LDPE and occasionally NY6 & ABS

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Plastics injection molding: 2 years (required)
Injection Machine Setting: 1 year (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • IMT Level 3 Qualification OR BPTA Course (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Trafford Park, Greater Manchester (required)
