Proposed Salary:
£19,000 - £22,000 pa + £1050 Bonus
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

My client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly team.
You will be part of the team that provides a remarkable service to their customers, and your key objective will be to establish relationships, identify opportunityand maximise customer retention, through office-based support.
The role is also considered a steppingstone to the Account Manager role or several different roles in the company in the future so it's great if you want to go into a company and progress.
Responsibilities:
Covering for Account Managers when they are away.
Handling both incoming and outgoing customer service calls.
Monitoring and managing overdue cases for faults and billing issues.
Making sure the Risk register is up to date and all work to reduce the risk has been deployed.
Ensuring the team are aware of the Call Alerts, while also looking for potential fraud.
Co-ordinating the training schedule for ongoing team/self-growth.
Understanding & pre-empting the threat from competitors
Developing a good product knowledge in order to educate customers in alternative services. e.g. Mobiles, Connectivity, VoIP.
Handling General Billing queries.
Using company reporting mechanisms to highlight and identify potential customer issues.
Handling customer feedback and complaints both on the phone and in writing
Updating SharePoint as needed.
Setting weekly challenges.
Updating Recognize and Yammer.
Skills & Experience:
Customer service or Sales experience.
Graduate level education is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
A proactive, positive (win-win) attitude.
Someone who thrives in fast paced environments and can easily adapt to change.
Proactive approach and ability to bring new ideas to the team.
Ability to forge lasting relationships with customers and partners.
Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
