Role Overview:

My clients continued growth has provided them with an exciting opportunity to add new General Builders to the team who are multi-trade based.

This role will be predominantly working as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team helping to deliver home renovation and extension projects.

If you are City and Guilds level 3 qualified SSSTS, or equivalent, Wet trade-based builder or carpentry based multi-trade with experience in domestic and residential construction sectors, and looking to take the lead as a working site supervisor then this could be the opportunity you are looking for

Part of the role will involve leading the site team in:

Multi trade skilled desired
Groundworks & drainage
Landscaping projects
Construction of extensions
1st/2nd Fix Carpentry
Structural Alterations using steelwork.
Insulating, boarding & plastering.
Have appropriate transport (van) to get materials on way to site
Supporting the wider team where necessary
Supporting the managers and project manager as required.

This is a varied role with fast-pace, you will need to think on your feet, problem solve but is also fun and a friendly environment.
