Job Title - Head of Quality

Department - Quality
**Location - Croydon

  • Hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days at home**
    Salary £75,000

Bonus - 7,500

The role:

-
Implement quality strategy and quality goals across Az P UK and IE operations to exceed customer expectations
:

-
Responsible for all areas of the Quality function: Quality audit, complaints management, Voice of the customer and customer feedbacks
:

Guarantee the continual compliance of quality standards, alignment with the UK and IE regulations and with the ISO certification
:

People and budgetary management responsibility

Hours:

This position is based on a 35-hour week shift basis. Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 However, these hours may vary in line with business needs.


You will:


  • Manage the quality functions to deliver quality standards aligned with Az Partners quality standards and the local regulations. Ensure consumer duty
  • Assist in continuous improvement activities throughout the business ensuring that problems are prevented and that our contractual obligations are met
  • Improve Quality Management including system across the quality functions and, update procedures and train team members where required
  • Maintain procedures alignment with the FCA regulations to ensure company compliance

Ensure strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information and in order to implement change and improvements:

Input and hold responsibility with the head of operations support for quality departments and quality operational perimeter:

Prepare with the head of Operations support the quality management budget, PD and forecast:

Work closely with WFM and ensure Operations budget timeline

About you:


  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and Quality experts
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
  • Operations senior management with experience of managing budgets
  • Technical mindset
  • An appreciation of and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from different cultures
  • Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements
  • Proven project management and quality experience
  • Experience of operating and influencing at a strategic level
  • Knowledge and operational understanding of automotive, roadside and travel processes
