Nature of Contract:
Permanent, term time only (plus 10 days)

FTE Salary:
Grade SO2 (SCP £32,909 - £34,723 per annum

Actual Salary:
£28,996 - £30,594 per annum

Working Hours:37 per week

This is an exciting time for Lightcliffe Academy, as it moves into the next phase of its improvement journey.

You will use your experience to provide a range of PA support to the Head of School and the senior leadership team.

You will work as part of the academy's fantastic support team and as part of our wider Trust.

As a new member of staff, we will nurture, challenge and support you to ensure you are successful in your role.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
Provide a confidential and personal service to the Head of School, carrying out a range of secretarial and administrative tasks and maintaining an efficient running of the Head of School's daily business
Provide support to the senior leadership team
Bring a positive and proactive approach to a busy and diverse workload

You will be:

Confident, positive, calm and approachable
A proven, knowledgeable administrator who is keen to develop into a more generalist role or an experienced practitioner who already has a track record of delivering high quality admin support to the leadership team
Someone who can hit the ground running in this impactful role
Collaborative and a genuine team player
Someone who will support the wider Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
