What will I be doing?
The Account Executive is a key member of the Account Management team.

They partner with an Account Manager to drive and manage the execution of allocated regional accounts, helping to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.

The role also involves working across all areas of our business.

Frequently work with the Marketing team on delivering effective communication to clients, the Product Development team to feedback and develop tech capabilities and the Sales and Innovationteam to support any opportunities for growth and added value.


Main duties and responsibilities:


  • Stakeholder management and relationship building:
  • works with the AM to ensure expectations of stakeholders are met/ ensures project documentation is maintained to include all stakeholder key information
  • Strategy and growth:
- supports the AM in the delivery of the project strategy/ monitors activity data (and any wider KPIs) to ensure growth is reviewed.

  • Objection handling and problem solving:
  • ensures appropriate conversations happen with client and key stakeholders to identify their objectives and challenges and develops robust recommendations to achieve or overcome these.
  • Reporting and analysis
- supports the AM in the creation of any bespoke reporting requirements/ supports the AM in the delivery and interpretation of monthly reports to clients/ works with the Tech team to ensure any required Mode reports are set-up correctly for ongoing reportingneeds to help reduce man hours needed.

  • Client satisfaction:
- supports the AM to ensure surveys go out to all key users on a regular basis/ works with the Marketing team to ensure surveys are appropriate for user based on service provided/ collates and interprets results/ works with AM to develop action plan/ supportsthe creation of any case studies etc/ ensures successes are shared with client and key users via comms.

  • Problem solving and risk mitigation:
  • supports the AM in their problem-solving activities/ monitors key aspects of the project
  • as briefed by AM
  • and share any trends or concerns as early as possible with AM to ensure appropriate steps are taken to mitigate risk.

What skills and experience are required?

  • Planning and organisation: managing tasks simultaneously, accurately, and according to priority.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

What else do I need to know?
This is a permanent position; my client offers an excellent benefit package. The role will be predominantly based from home with 1 day a week from the office in central Oxford.
