Henry Adams Lettings is looking to recruit a full time Inventory Clerk to undertake the compiling of new inventories, end of tenancy check outs and mid-term tenancy inspections across its managed portfolio.

The role is ideally suited to an outgoing "people person" with excellent attention to detail and good knowledge of the local area (Petersfield, Emsworth, Chichester and surrounding villages).

Details of role include:
Compiling new inventory reports prior to a tenancy commencing using specialist software on an Android Tablet.

Conducting end of tenancy check out appointments, which will include compiling a check out report for the purpose of concluding a tenancy.

Conducting mid-term property visits.

The role requires travel between our network of offices covering a wide spread area of West Sussex and Hampshire.

Skills required:

Previous inventory clerk/visit experience is essential (preferably having worked with or for a residential letting agency in a similar capacity).

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to use android tablet and inventory based software.

Organised and excellent time management.

Full UK driving licence and car for which business mileage will be paid

Hours:

Monday - Friday (full time hours 08:45am - 18:00pm).
