This role is a full-time position in the NHS in Ilford, Essex Inpatient service; it offers highly negotiable rates for a dedicated psychiatrist.

The trust seeks an enthusiastic Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to work Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 four days per week will be considered and one day working from home will be also.

Your core responsibilities would be to help assess, diagnose and oversee the mental health of patients in your care.

Together with a second full-time ward consultant, you will manage the inpatient care of adult female psychiatric inpatients on the 20 bedded unit.

This position is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week

Ilford, Essex


Dates:
This position is available for an initial 3-month basis.

Skills:


  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Computer literate

Requirements:


  • You must have a full GMC licence to practice
  • Relevant previous experience working in this type of position
  • Section 12 approval is essential
  • Approved clinician status is desired but not essential
