Administrator Wanted with Immediate Start
Functions of the Operations Administrator:
- Typing and inputting data
- Processing clients documents in accordance with specified processing rules.
- Listen and understand correspondence to ensure cases are dealt with in the correct manner.
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure a smoothrunning operation.
- Prioritising tasks.
- Provide friendly and meaningful customer service.
Competencies:
- Flexible approach with training and a readiness to learn new skills.
- Good typing skills
- Can thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Working in line with company values and guidelines.
- Eye for detail.
- Competent computer skills.
- Experience in communication over the phone.
Full training provided.
Hours:
Full Time
Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30
