Administrator Wanted with Immediate Start

Functions of the Operations Administrator:


  • Typing and inputting data
  • Processing clients documents in accordance with specified processing rules.
  • Listen and understand correspondence to ensure cases are dealt with in the correct manner.
  • Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure a smoothrunning operation.
  • Prioritising tasks.
  • Provide friendly and meaningful customer service.

Competencies:


  • Flexible approach with training and a readiness to learn new skills.
  • Good typing skills
  • Can thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Working in line with company values and guidelines.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Experience in communication over the phone.

Full training provided.

Hours:
Full Time


Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30
