Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a National Charity in the recruitment of a Part Time HR Administrator on a 6month contract with the possibility of this to be extended.
To be considered for this role you
MUST be able to work Mondays, and able to work 18.75 hours per week.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparing HR documents
- Ensuring employee data is kept up to date
- Ensuring all policies are legally compliant
- Responding to employees HR related queries
- Assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Monitoring the HR inbox
- Supporting the HR Advisor and HR Manager
- Taking meeting notes
- Supporting with recruitment administration as required.
