We are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join our client based in Oldbury. If you have similar experience.
Duties:
Raising purchase orders.
Matching delivery notes.
Reconciling statements.
Providing an excellent customer service when speaking with clients.
Taking inbound calls.
Registering and approving purchase invoices.
Booking in.
Greeting visitors.
Undertaking general administration.
Requirements:
Good administrative skills.
Organised.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to confidentially use Microsoft programmes
