Our client is a medium sized mutual lender based in the Midlands and this role will be field based, working UK wide remotely.

They are expanding their sales team and seeking CeMAP qualified BDMs who have experience in the current market.

You will be theresponsible for Corporate Partner contacts day to day as well as leading the way from 1-1 meeting to presenting at events with roundtables, you will have a passion for working with brokers.

This role leads the way on being the champion of the broker's voice.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Prospect using sales tools available to identify new key accounts
  • Provide support to Broker Helpdesks, communicating all necessary changes promptly and accurately whilst undertaking audits of helpdesk criteria grids at regular intervals during the year.
  • Analyse management information and use it to direct activities to achieve sales origination targets and produce a monthly activity report both retrospective and forward looking.
  • Achieve individual and team targets and KPIs, inform the Intermediary Sales Manager of progress monthly.
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions, sales meetings and round table events as necessary to promote the Society's products and policies effectively.
  • Assist the Intermediary Sales Manager with maintaining and improving the Society's relationships with its mortgage clubs and networks.

Background/ Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • CeMAP is preferable.
  • Proven ability to network and develop strong working relationship
  • Proven ability to translate opportunities into commercial gains
  • An excellent understanding of mortgages and mortgage intermediaries.
  • Understand what credit risk is and the ways in which it is mitigated.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the mortgage industry and the legislation and regulations within which it operates
