Working pattern:

TA - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 12 noon

MSA - Monday to Friday pm

Person Specification
Experience

Excellent knowledge of the curriculum for KS2 children.
Experience of planning and being responsible for children in KS2
Experience of assessment in KS2

Qualifications/Training

Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

GCSE in English and Maths

Desirable - evidence of post GCSE qualifications

Practical skills

ICT literate

Experience/ knowledge of running interventions
- i.e. Numicon, Rapid Phonics, Catch Up

Behaviour management experience/training

Willingness to run clubs after school

Personal qualities and attributes

Creativity and initiative to create resources and plan exciting, practical and meaningful learning experiences for primary children.
The ability to work as part of a team and be flexible.
A commitment to working in partnership with parents.
