A new opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to join the Cardiac Rehabilitation Service as an Administrative Assistant on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The job will be varied, supporting the existing B3 Admin with administrative / clerical functionsThis service provides specialist assessment and rehabilitation programmes to patients with cardiac issues across the East Riding.
Working alongside the admin team, you will be responsible for prioritising and performing a variety of clerical / administrative tasks including but not limited to, inputting audit data, answering the telephone, booking appointments, sending discharge letters, Systm1,etc.
Good admin support enables the clinicians to spend more time with their patients, therefore admin is an important function within the team.
