Our client who are based on Birmingham Business Park are expanding due to growth and now seeking to recruit a Senior Lead Administrator in Operations Team.

The role will be busy fast paced and need someone with a attention to details with all round skills as follows skill Excel

  • Word Communication skills at all levels
  • Numerical is it will include maintain all client data ensuring it is accurate so month end reports can be run by the Directors
  • Ordering of all business inventory, including logistics of air/sea freight deliveries with external shipping agents.
  • Follow up with suppliers on all PO's placed, ensuring tracking log is constantly maintained, supported by Operations Administrator.
  • Manage key relationship and process with supplier partners, providing support and daily detailed updates.
  • Work closely with Administrator to ensure all shipments inbound/outbound are captured, detailed and updated on the Stock Order Log at all times
  • Ensure Stock Order Log is regularly updated and ready for the Operations Manager to complete Month End Reporting.
  • Regularly and proactively share order information/updates with Sales Team.
  • Monitor inventory levels of stock
  • Ensure logos library is updated accordingly.
  • Ownership of the Operations Inbox/Hubspot tasks assigned, alerting the Operations Manager/Operations Administrator to any necessary tasks.
  • Work alongside the Operations Manager and suppliers to ensure inventory is shipped accordingly to distribution centre, and is managed accordingly by internal partners
  • Completion of Business Case pricing requests for all stock product
  • Forecasting and ownership of all repeat custom orders from order placement to ensuring Inventory is booked into the distribution centre.
  • Forecasting and monitoring of inventory levels in distribution center/office and informing the Operations Manager/Sales teams to any possible shortages / exposure.
  • Adhoc tasks required to support Operations Manager.
  • Ownership of all operations order logs.
  • Actively report on order progress
  • Accurate reporting of stock order log, against P/O's placed.
  • Backorder reporting.
  • Forecasting/inventory management.
  • Key supplier and team relationship management.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate / accessible and organised documentation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong listening and questioning skills
  • Ability to prioritise and to switch between different tasks as required.
  • Strong work ethic.
