An existing opportunity has arisen in the Trust Performance and CQUIN team for an individual who not only has the necessary training and qualifications needed for this role, but who works well with individuals and teams across our diverse organisation and ICS and regional systems.

To excel in this role, we need an individual who is a great communicator; has highly developed analytical skills to analyse and interpret a range of highly complex performance and results and is able to write well-crafted reports as well as influence, negotiate and motivate a range of colleagues across wide networks.
