We have an exciting opportunity for a Vetting Specialist to join our busy Vetting team.

The team are renown for setting the high standards which demonstrate Checkatrade values and support the onboarding of quality trades to our platform.

As a Vetting Specialist you'll provide exceptional support to our members including resolving complex member queries.

You'll also share key information, provide advice and guidance and ultimately ensure a fantastic member onboarding experience at all times.

Where do you fit in?


Reporting to our Vetting Team Leader you'll be part of our friendly customer service team providing support to members at all stages of their joining journey with Checkatrade.

Skilled in Customer Services, you'll provide exceptional member experiences whilst exceeding monthly KPIs and targets.

In addition to your day to day customer service and admin duties, you'll help the department with projects, intrinsic reviews of accounts and provide support to Senior advisor with member escalations and team queries.

You'll also help to support and train new staff.

As a business where reputation matters, you'll play a key part in ensuring the best possible representation of Checkatrade at all times.

You'll do this by continously striving to demonstrate Checkatrade values and by being a brand advocate.

  • Full time 9am 5pm, Monday to Friday (Contracted hours are 8am 6pm as shift pattern may change).

What do you need to succeed?

  • You'll be a service superstar with sound administration skills. Previous customer service experience essential.
  • You'll be diligent and process driven keeping all parties informed along the way.
  • A team player, confident in your IT abilities, used to working to KPI's and deadlines.
  • You'll be positive and proactive willing to learn and progress to ensure the success of your team and our business.
