The Kitchen Porter's main responsibility is to handle various tasks behind the scenes, such as:

Understanding and following the company's rules and regulations regarding fire safety, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing.
Maintaining a safe working environment by identifying potential hazards and taking necessary action.
Familiarizing yourself with fire, bomb, and evacuation procedures for your department.
Ensuring that agreedupon standards are met.
Consistently surpassing hygiene standards.
Assisting the management team with any reasonable tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Financial Focus:

Managing cleaning supplies according to company policies to minimize wastage.

Business Development Focus:

Adapting to changes in the business as required.

Product Focus:

Handling incoming phone calls or inquiries courteously.
Providing highly efficient and effective service.
Maintaining the agreedupon standards and presentation.

People Focus:

Completing essential statutory training.
Cultivating a professional working relationship with your team, emphasizing excellent communication.
Being punctual and following company procedures for absence or lateness.
Attending briefings, meetings, and training sessions as required by the General Manager.
Supporting the training of new employees.
