If you have exceptional luxury travel experience and the skills to provide world class service to high profile individuals, then we'd love to hear from you as we recruit for a Member Support Manager to join their growing team and oversee and assist a teamof Client Managers.


Previous experience of working within the luxury travel sector, ideally with UHNW clients, is essential for the role, along with strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service delivery and working knowledge of Sabre GDS.

In return, they can offer a salary of up to £32k DOE, annual bonus and other travel industry benefits. This is a fully home-based role and operates within the hours of Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm.


Role of Luxury Travel Member Support Manager:

  • Provide exceptional white-glove service, making every component of each request seamless.
  • Assist client manager with members' arrangements from their initial request to completion
  • Be a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best traveller experience
  • Be responsive to client's needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up
  • Embrace new ways of working that promote flexibility to adjust quickly to shifting needs of the business
  • Work as support to client managers however be able to adapt to dealing with members directly

Skills required for the role:


  • A minimum of 3 years of recent GDS experience on Sabre
  • Experience in arranging international travel and concierge for the luxury market
  • Capability to setup PNR's, ticketing, exchanging, refunding tickets and booking hotels is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills/previous supervisory experience
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed
  • Ability to work well as a team as well as an individual homeworker
