Description

Responsibilities may include:

  • Read and interpret work orders and process sheets to determine requirements
  • Read and interpret drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances required
  • Setup, adjust and operate band saw to cut foam parts to close tolerances
  • Notify management of product discrepancies and equipment malfunctions
  • Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery
  • Ensure all paperwork remains with the parts/job for proper material identification and traceability
  • Maintain work area in a clean, orderly, and safe manner; returning tools to designated tool racks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within department
  • Recognize your role as part of the Company's Quality Objective
  • Follow established policies and procedures support of the Company's Quality and AS9100 standards
  • Act within expected Company standards including Quality/AS9100 initiatives and environmental, health, and safety matters
  • Other job related duties as assigned

Job Type:
Temp to perm

Contract length: 13 weeks


Salary:
From £13.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

  • Milton Keynes: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
