A great fashion retail company is searching for a Head of CRM with experience in Braze, to oversee the CRM team.

Your role in the team will be to deliver the CRM strategy, improve customer acquisition, retention and reduce churn.

You will be introducinga subscription service for the client, and working with the data analysts on customer segmentation and marketing performance insights.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Own Braze within the business
  • Deliver CRM strategy to improve customer acquisition and improve customer loyalty
  • Managing the CRM team of 5

Skills & Experiences

  • Experience in Braze
  • Background in retail or ecommerce
  • Proven track record in delivering CRM strategy
