**Customer Service Coordinator
**£22.50 an hour - Inside IR35

Full Time (Flexible)
**Birchwood

**6 Month Contract

Contracted position working for a world leading manufacturer producing off-highway machinery, diesel and natural gas engines.

A customer service coordinator is immediately required to implement the business plan and create new prospects and programmes for after-market parts for all business equipment.

As well as interact with dealers and customers through dealer assistance, clientcare, order upkeep, and quote creation.

Initially working onsite in Birchwood but then the option of hybrid working further down the line.

As a customer service coordinator you will be required to:

Control the interaction with company clients.
Produce reports for company clients.
Place orders for and returning parts.
Use Salesforce & SAP
Communicate with the shipping team about problems or issues that arise.

The customer service coordinator should have the following experience:

Good IT skills
Prior experience providing client service
Handling of internal accounts
